Hey everyone,

First, thank you again for backing The Chronomancer’s Guide to the Future: Part 2.

That project was all about expanding what your campaigns could be:
time travel, multiverse systems, and the tools to reshape entire timelines.

But while working on it (and running our own games), we kept running into a smaller, but very real, problem:

🧭 The journeys between those big multiversal moments

✔️You built timelines.
✔️You explored the multiverse.
❌The journey within those timelines still feels meaningful.

Travel within those timelines still often feels like:

• A gap between major events
• Random encounters that go nowhere
• Or something skipped entirely

And that’s a problem, because those in-between moments are where a lot of the actual adventure happens.
 

What we built instead

Our next project, Off the Beaten Path, is built to fix that.

At its core: Encounters that make travel meaningful; on their own, or as part of something bigger

Each encounter is designed to:

• Work as a drop-in moment during travel
• Or connect into a larger quest path if your players engage with it

So instead of travel being a gap between content…

It becomes the content.
